Skill2thrill (the "Site(s)") is owned and operated by TMG Americas Inc. ("TMG", "we," "our" or "us"). By using the Site(s) and the Service(s), you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy, which may be amended from time to time. This Privacy Policy explains the ways in which we may collect, use and, in certain circumstances, disclose your Personal Information in accordance with all applicable laws. A: PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

When you sign up for a TMG Service or promotion that requires registration, we ask you for your Personal Information (such as your name, wireless service provider and mobile number).

B: LOG INFORMATION

When you access a TMG Service, our servers automatically record non-personally identifiable information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. These server logs may include, without limitation, information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.

C: USER COMMUNICATIONS

When you send an email or other communications to TMG, we may retain those communications (including any Personal Information contained therein) in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our Service(s).

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13:

TMG does not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Service(s). If you are under 13 years of age, please do not attempt to register for the Service(s) or send any Personal Information about yourself to us. In the event that we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13 we will delete that information as quickly as possible. a.    such disclosure is otherwise revealed to you when you submit your Personal Information and/or in a supplementary Service privacy notice;

c.    such disclosure is necessary for service providers retained by TMG to perform functions on its behalf or to provide services to TMG, such as advertising, promotion and fulfillment services, market research, auditing, website administration, data processing, information technology and office services, provided such organization or individual does not collect, use or disclose the Personal Information for any purpose other than to perform such functions or provide services to TMG; and

d.    Personal Information is included in a transaction for the sale or securitization of some or all of our assets.

We do not exercise control over the sites displayed as search results, sites that include TMG applications, products or services, or links from within our various services. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you. These other sites maintain their own policies regarding cookies and the collection and use of personal information. It is up to you to review those policies yourself.

SECURITY:
Protecting your Personal Information is important to us. We use the industry standard technology to protect the security of your Personal Information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet and via mobile communications networks can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we are committed to protecting your Personal Information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or through us.
